Mr. Saleem Zamindar (Independent Director / Chairman)

Mr. Saleem Zamindar holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Boston University, USA, and a Master of Business

Administrati (MBA) from Durham University Business School, UK. With over 21 years of diverse experience in investment management,

board -level general management, and international banking across four countries.

He has built a distinguished career marked by leadership and strategic insight. He is a Certified Company Director from the

Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and holds the global Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors

(IoD), UK. Mr. Zamindar currently serves on the Boards of several publicly listed and privately held companies, where he contributes

his expertise in governance, strategy, and oversight.

Beyond his professional roles, he has been actively engaged in community service, serving as the former President of the Rotary Club

of Karachi, and contributing to philanthropic causes. He is also a member of the Managing Committee of the Karachi Boat Club

and plays an active role in the Karachi Council on Foreign Relations, fostering dialogue on important international issues.
